House Renovation in Ashton-Under-Lyne

This project involved a full residential revamp of an existing property in Ashton-under-Lyne, transforming it into a contemporary, high-quality family home. The works included a comprehensive redesign of both the side and rear elevations, significantly enhancing the overall layout, functionality, and visual appeal of the property.

A new side and rear storey extension was constructed to maximise internal space and improve natural light throughout the ground floor. Internally, the layout was reconfigured to create a more open, modern living environment with a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

At roof level, a dormer extension was added to facilitate the creation of an additional bedroom, increasing the property’s accommodation and long-term value. The dormer was carefully designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing roof form while maintaining a modern aesthetic.

The external appearance was fully updated with a clean, contemporary finish, combining modern materials and detailing to deliver a fresh, cohesive look. The completed project successfully balances modern design with practical living, resulting in a stylish and functional home tailored to modern family needs.
