A car enthusiast client wished to remain in his existing home rather than relocate. We were appointed to completely transform the bungalow by adding a first floor with additional bedrooms and a basement, effectively gutting and rebuilding the property. The design ensured full wheelchair accessibility throughout. The project also included significant upgrades to the entrance, garage, and rear of the house, substantially increasing the property’s value. The garage was designed as a bespoke vehicle workshop, featuring a basement car lift leading down to a private car showroom.
