We have been appointed to design a pair of three-bedroom bungalows to the rear of Sandon Road in London. The scheme includes separate driveways, dedicated access, parking, and landscaping. Through careful analysis of neighbouring building heights and context, we developed a proposal that embraces vernacular design principles while maintaining generous space and functionality.
