









We were appointed to maximise the potential of a prominent site in Widnes, located within a lucrative and fast-developing area. Our proposal introduces 18 high-quality apartments, supported by rear parking provision to ensure functionality and ease of access for future residents.
As part of our process, we developed a comprehensive pre-application submission, detailed to a high level in order to gain meaningful feedback from the local authority. This approach allows us to refine the scheme collaboratively and ensures the design aligns with planning policy, community needs, and market expectations.
The next step will be the submission of a full planning application, where the scheme will be presented as a well-considered development that not only optimises site potential but also contributes positively to the regeneration and housing provision within the area. The proposal combines efficient layouts, sustainable design strategies, and a focus on quality of life, reflecting our commitment to delivering architecture that is both commercially viable and community-oriented.
